After signing up to attend the Kauai Music Festival, you must separately book your hotel, airfare, and rental car directly with those providers. The Kauai Music Festival is not responsible for your hotel, meals, or travel plans. However, to make it easier for you, here's information to help...
All workshops, concerts, and other KMF activities are again being held on-site at the Kauai Beach Resort (KBR), just a few minutes from Lihue airport. The KBR has a courtesy shuttle service from the airport... look for the KBR Courtesy Phone in the luggage area and call after gathering your luggage.
As in previous years, the hotel is offering a special group rate, and it's even lower than before - only $129/night - a savings of $40/night compared to last year AND it also includes in-room high-speed internet at no additional charge! Please note that local & state taxes will apply and, if you have a car, a daily parking fee will also apply.
To reserve your room, please call the Group Rate Desk at (808) 246-5518 at the Kauai Beach Resort and ask for the "KMF" group rate.
For reference, most attendees arrive on or before Tuesday, July 27 and depart on Sunday, August 1.
